The show is inspired from the famous humorous column ‘Duniya Ne Undha Chasma’ written by the eminent Gujarati writer Mr. Tarak Mehta. This story evolves around happenings in “Gokuldham Co-operative Society” and covers topical issues which are socially relevant.The show predominantly – Promoolves around ‘Jethalaal’ (Dilip Joshi) who is an uneducated Gujarati businessman. Your ‘Taarak Mehta’ (Sailesh Lodha), is his neighbour. ‘Jethalaal’ finds a friend and philosopher in ‘Taarak Mehta’ and often goes to him for advice whenever he is in trouble. Jethalaal’s family includes his simpleton wife ‘Daya Ben’ (Disha Wakani) and a mischievous son ‘Tapu’ (Bhavya Gandhi). Tapu is a menace and a constant source of trouble to all the members of Gokuldham. They have often warned ‘Jethalaal’ to reform ‘Tapu’ or else be prepared to leave the premises. Lost hopes of being heard by his son pushes Jethalaal’ to call his father ‘Champaklal’ (Amit Bhatt) from the village. This was his great idea of leashing some control over the mischievous Tapu. The opposite happens and the grandfather joins hands with the grandson to make life a roller coaster troublesome ride for Jethalaal.
 Cops visit Gangaram Godbole Colony and inquires about a salesman. Suhaas tries to stop Tatya from checking each and every room as he had a doubt that something is wrong in Suhaa’s house. Suhaas and Vibhavari does not reveal their problem to each other. Salesman fails to inform his boss that he is dead. Will Suhaas inform Vibhavari about Tatya? Will Vibhavari come to know the truth? Mrs. Tendulkar’ is a unique story of the bank colony members who, work and live together as one big family. The show stars comedy-veteran Deven Bhojani, as Suhaas Tendulkar and featuring Kishore Godbole a well-known Marathi actress as Vibhavari Tendulkar. The show is being produced by renowned production house Hats Off Productions Pvt. Ltd. This unique idea of working together & staying together of employees brings the flavor of humor, emotions and bonding. The show – Promoolves around the life of the Tendulkar’s where, unlike most other families, the bread-earner is the woman and husband is the homemaker. Vibhavari Tendulkar is a bank manager at Gangaram Godbole Sahkari bank. Suhaas Tendulkar looks after the daily chores of the house. Though, the Tendulkars have adapted to this setting very amicably, this does not go down to well with the members of the new society.
